We identify needy students, guide and support them to complete their higher education and achieve their aspirations.
Main objectives
Scholarships and stipends to needy students for their education.
Each student is first assessed based on his academic and professional background, followed by a comprehensive psychometric test and, finally, a one-on-one counselling session with one or more of our panel of expert educators and counsellors. Enrichment and stimulation to develop their knowledge and skills through higher education and our mentorship program. Participation of student in outreach programs, Internship at participating organizations. Scholarships and stipends are granted to needy students of minority / weaker sections of the society to develop their knowledge and skills through higher education and show families that higher education is a viable option for their children.
Support for setting up infrastructure for schools.
A school is actually a home away from home for any student. There is no denying how significant a school is in shaping up a student’s personality and holistic learning process. Like an experienced teacher and teaching pedagogy play a critical role in shaping students’ academic lives, infrastructure is also vital. It creates a favorable environment for students’ holistic development. It’s a common knowledge that every parent wants to spend money where their kids feel safe and secure while learning and enjoying their student life. They wish to ensure the schools have ample safety standards and facilities to make learning a joy. There are studies suggesting students in schools with poor infrastructure can have lower scores than those with access to better infrastructure facilities. This makes school infrastructure a key element in a child’s academic as well as holistic growth.
Provide awareness, support, and guidance for higher education
Peers or family should never influence an individual’s career decision. Students’ career options are no longer limited to medicine and engineering. An individual can now choose the exact career path he wants to pursue based on his personal profile and interests, due to improved quality education, awareness, technology, and the ever-increasing and varied industry requirements. A career selection should be made after carefully considering every small element, situation, area of interest, and scope. Unfortunately, the majority of the students do not get this right at the correct moment and wind up in courses and careers that do not satisfy their passion or keep them motivated.
The realm of women empowerment is limited to granting balanced rights to women. Still, it is also about assuring that they are ingrained and rightful partners in the workforce. Women are known for delivering multiple roles effortlessly per day, and thus, they are considered the backbone of every society. Nonetheless, they’ve also stood as a neglected bunch of society in different parts of the world. In turn, it has resulted in women surviving the brunt of unevenness, financial trustworthiness, oppression, and distinct social evils. Women are still denied fundamental education and are never authorized to continue higher education despite amassing the understanding required. The grooming of impoverished young girls will uplift the condition of the society.

Work in cooperation with like minded institutions
Collaboration with like-minded organizations as strategic means to share costs and to secure funding as viable alternative to raise funding traditionally. Though traditional fund raising through donations remain an important means, ILF is exploring other ways of funding its activities. The aim is to build win–win partnerships with like-minded organizations to secure funding for ILF’s activities. Providing due credit to like-minded partner organizations can encourage viable partnerships to share costs, which can reduce cost of funding. We learnt that establishing partnerships in jointly organizing activities can reduce pressure on funds otherwise raised through donations. We can achieve more and increase the number of volunteers. This is very much sustainable. We aim to work in cooperation with other persons, associations, foundations, national and international which are in line with charitable objectives.
