In Memory of
The ISAAC LOPEZ FOUNDATION is a non-profit charitable institution founded in memory of Shri. Isaac Lopez, who started his teaching career as a primary school teacher in St Andrew’s UPS. He went on to become the Headmaster at a very young age and served multiple schools in a career spanning more than 30 years. Until his retirement in 1993, he was predominantly the Headmaster of Pallithura High School, situated in the coastal hamlet of Trivandrum.
During his teaching carrier, he lifted the school from a 0 percent High School pass to more than 60 percent and the school achieved 100 percent pass later on. To achieve this, he built a teaching team working dedicatedly with passion towards the target from primary classes.
The Scholarship Fund is designed to inspire students to continue their education after high school graduation and show families that higher education is a viable option for their children.
